Where is Dreamfort?
Dreamfort's pickup location is at Strada Maramureș 15, Ploiești, Prahova county, Romania. There is no dine-in or dessert counter; orders are placed online, by phone or on WhatsApp and are picked up from this address or delivered.
What are Dreamfort's opening hours?
The pickup location is open Monday to Sunday, 09:00–18:00. The delivery hours shown in the store are Monday–Friday 09:00–21:00 and Saturday–Sunday 10:00–20:00.
Do you deliver cakes in Ploiești and Prahova county?
Yes. Local delivery is based on the distance from Strada Maramureș 15: up to 10 km there is no minimum order, 10–30 km has a 500 RON minimum, 30–70 km 1,300 RON and 70–100 km 2,000 RON. For addresses more than 100 km away, please call us.
How much does local delivery cost?
Local orders under 150 RON have a 20 RON delivery fee; from 150 RON local delivery is free. Pickup is free.
Do you ship to other cities in Romania?
Yes. Packaged products marked for national delivery (for example brownies and bars) can be ordered from anywhere in Romania, with a 100 RON minimum order. Choose “National delivery” in the store to see them. Fresh cakes are delivered locally only.
How do I order a custom cake?
Contact us and we agree the details together: date, time, type of celebration and venue, number of guests, size, tiers and flavour, budget, and any special requirements or reference images. Then comes the cake sketch, a final review and, before delivery, photos of the finished cake for your approval.
Is there a charge for the custom cake sketch?
Yes, the sketch costs extra, but the amount is deducted from the total price of the cake when you place the order.
How are custom cakes delivered?
Once you approve the photos, the cake travels in a refrigerated vehicle. For large events a pastry chef can come to help assemble the cake.
Which cake fillings do you offer?
The fillings guide lists eight flavours: pistachio and raspberry, Snickers, vanilla with forest berries, Nutella, Medovik (honey cake), banana caramel, tropical and Black Forest, each with its full composition and nutrition values per 100 g.
Where can I find ingredients and allergens?
The full composition of each filling is listed in the fillings guide. The published compositions include allergens such as eggs, milk and dairy and wheat flour (gluten); some fillings contain peanuts (Snickers), pistachio or hazelnut spread (Nutella). If you have an allergy, tell us before you order.
Which cake sizes can I order online?
In the online store cakes are grouped by size – XS, S, M and L – plus a kids' cakes category. Each cake's price is shown in RON on its product page.
How can I pay?
You can pay online by card, in cash on delivery, or by bank transfer.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes. Choose “Store pickup” at checkout and collect your order from Strada Maramureș 15, Ploiești, with no delivery fee.
Can I cancel an order?
Under the terms and conditions an order can be cancelled by phone within 5 minutes of confirmation. Card payments are refunded within 7 working days at most.
Do you offer a candy bar for weddings and christenings?
Yes. Candy Bar Signature is a selection of mini desserts – tarts, mini mousses, éclairs, macarons and a classic selection (savarin, amandine, cakesicles) – for weddings, christenings and corporate events. There are three packages priced per guest: Clasic – 28 lei / person (3 mini desserts), Premium – 34 lei / person (4 mini desserts) and Signature – 38 lei / person (5 mini desserts).
