Two options: a store design or a cake from scratch
The quickest way is a design from the online store, customised through the product options. For a one-off design (themed, sculpted, tiered) you order a cake from scratch after a consultation.
- Store design: pick the size (XS, S, M, L or kids' cakes), then the flavour and, where offered, the colour, inscription or other details. The price is on every product page. Pay online by card, in cash on delivery or by bank transfer.
- Cake from scratch: starts with a conversation about the event and continues with a sketch. The examples on the custom cakes page were all made this way, from the Birkin bag cake to the golden chocolate ribbons and the "Yango" corporate cake.

Steps for a cake from scratch
- Consultation. Date, time, type of celebration and venue; number of guests; size, tiers and flavour; budget; special requests and reference images.
- Sketch. The team prepares detailed sketches that match the event theme. The sketch is charged separately and deducted from the cake price.
- Final review. Last adjustments, delivery planning (time, address, instructions) and any extra desserts, such as a candy bar.
- Photo approval and delivery. You receive photos of the finished cake; once you confirm, it leaves in a refrigerated vehicle. For large events a pastry chef can help with assembly.
